Every planet has a function and the sign it is in affects How that
planet functions. Remember, don’t think that any particular characteristic MUST
manifest in an obvious way. It may be counteracted by some other placement. Check the
whole horoscope first to make certain that nothing is pulling in the other direction. How
do we know what to do in such a case? There are rules and I will be presenting some of
